We do periodical visit to your Property and take photos and upload online, so that owner can keep a second eye on the site sitting remotely. Periodic property inspection is to check the condition of the property. Inspection includes both the interiors and exteriors of the property. Exterior checks will be done at the time of rent collection. An Interior check will be done once every quarter. Damages and misuse or unauthorized use of property, if any shall be handled as per the contract terms and will be reported.

All the details about the utility bill payments like Property Tax, Water, Electricity, etc. will be maintained by us and a request note for the payments will be sent to you well before the final payment date. After the receipt of the payments, it will be paid to the concerned department. Receipts will be maintained in your case file and can also be sent to you on request.

Monthly rent will be collected on or before the date fixed as per the agreement and will be deposited in the bank. A scanned copy of bank deposit receipt would be made available for you. We will make reasonable efforts to make errant tenants pay up on time, but shall not be responsible for non-payment by any tenant.
